Gut 25.000 \u20ac forderte Apple dort f\u00fcr den Vertrieb von iPhone-Plagiaten. Und auch auf dem Zubeh\u00f6r-Markt geht es zur Zeit wieder Rund. Aktuell ist <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aticousa.com\/products\/electronics.html\">Atico<\/a> im Visier der hauseigenen Rechtsabteilung aus Cupertino.<\/p>\n<p>Der Zubeh\u00f6rhersteller vermarktet seine Soundsysteme und Docking-Stationen unter der Marke Living Solutions und war nicht unter dem &#8222;Made for iPod&#8220;-Programm lizenziert. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.macworld.co.uk\/ipod-itunes\/news\/index.cfm?newsid=21356\">Macworld schreibt<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8222;Apple has requested a jury trial and an injunction to stop Atico from selling infringing products in the US, according to legal documents filed with the courts and reported by Bloomberg.
