Apple hat die Preisauszeichnungen f\u00fcr seine Office-Anwendungen Pages, Numbers und Keynote sowie die Multimedia-Applikationen iMovie und Garageband aus dem mobilen App Store f\u00fcr iPhone und iPad und dem Mac App Store entfernt und bietet die Downloads nun, unabh\u00e4ngig vom Kaufdatum eurer Macs, komplett kostenlos an. <\/p>\n

Wie das Unternehmen in einem aktualisierten Support-Dokument andeutet<\/a>, d\u00fcrfte der Verzicht auf die nominellen Preise vor allem den Nutzern des Volume Purchase Program zugute kommen. Administratoren in Schulen und Firmen k\u00f6nnen die Produktivit\u00e4tsanwendungen nun problemlos auf verwalteten Ger\u00e4ten installieren ohne sich mit den Lizenzierungen auseinandersetzen zu m\u00fcssen. <\/p>\n

Bereits seit 2013 kostenlos<\/h2>\n

De-facto lie\u00dfen sich Apples Hausapplikationen bereits seit dem Herbst 2013<\/a> kostenlos laden. Die bislang g\u00fcltige Regelung sah vor, dass Hardware-Kunden des Unternehmens, die ihre Ger\u00e4te am oder nach dem 1. September 2013 erworben hatten, gratis auf die Downloads zugreifen konnten – fortan werden sich die kostenlosen Downloads auch Besitzern \u00e4lterer Macs und iOS-Ger\u00e4te starten lassen. Die neue Regelung gilt zudem auch f\u00fcr GarageBand, f\u00fcr dessen Download bislang ein Hardware-Kauf am oder nach dem 1. September 2014 vorausgesetzt wurde. <\/p>\n

Von der Umstellung – Pages, Numbers und Keynote kosteten bislang 10 Euro, iMovie und Garageband 5 Euro – scheinen auch Teile der verf\u00fcgbaren In-App-K\u00e4ufe betroffen zu sein. So veranschlagt Garageband beim Zugriff auf die in der App angebotenen Unterrichtseinheiten zwar noch immer 4,99 Euro (etwa auf die Gitarrenschule mit Sting), bietet die zus\u00e4tzlichen Instrumente und Loops allerdings gratis an. <\/p>\n
