Neben dem 12-Zoll MacBook, das sich seit April 2015 als schlanker Air-Ersatz anbietet, hat Apple inzwischen auch das kleine Einsteiger-Modell des MacBook Pro als strategischen MacBook Air Nachfolger platziert und dies zur Vorstellung der USB-C-Ger\u00e4te sogar relativ unverhohlen auf der B\u00fchne des Medien Events erl\u00e4utert.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/images.ifun.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/macbook-air.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.ifun.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/macbook-air.jpg\" alt=\"Macbook Air\" width=\"500\" height=\"283\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-102463\" srcset=\"https:\/\/images.ifun.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/macbook-air.jpg 500w, https:\/\/images.ifun.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/macbook-air-300x170.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nun <a href=\"http:\/\/www.digitimes.com\/news\/a20170105PD209.html\">informiert<\/a> die asiatische Digitimes \u00fcber Apples aktuelle Display-Bestellungen und beruft sich auf Informationen aus Zulieferer-Kreisen. Demnach soll Apple im laufenden Jahr &#8222;nur&#8220; 13,6 Millionen Displays ordern und damit knapp 3 Millionen weniger als noch 2016 bestellen. Ausschlaggebend f\u00fcr den R\u00fcckgang ist unter anderem der Produktionsstopp des 11-Zoll MacBook Airs sowie die prall gef\u00fcllten Lager des 13-Zoll MacBook Air &#8211; auch hier w\u00fcrde der Produktionsstopp im kommenden Jahr nicht \u00fcberraschen.<\/p>\n<p>Zudem scheint sich Apple auf einen Austausch der im MacBook Pro verbauten Monitor-Komponenten vorzubereiten. Nach Angaben der Digitimes k\u00f6nnte Apple hier bereits im zweiten Quartal 2017 auf stromsparende IGZO TFT-LCDs ausweichen:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Apple may continue to procure a-Si TFT-LCD panels for the MacBook Pro until the end of the first quarter of 2017 and then shift to IGZO TFT-LCD panels. In addition to Samsung Display, Sharp will begin supplying IGZO TFT-LCD panels to Apple as soon as mid-2017.
